The LCA gives a clear answer to the question we get asked most: how many times do I need to use my KeepCup before it outperforms a disposable?

KeepCup Thermal: 66 uses.
KeepCup Original and Brew: 24 uses.

Use your KeepCup every weekday and you've cleared the breakeven point inside five weeks. Most KeepCups are still in daily use at over 1,000. The numbers compound with every refill.

KeepCup is one of Australia's founding B Corps — legally bound to consider and report on impact across employees, customers, community, suppliers, and environment. The minimum passing score is 80. Our current B Impact Score is 121.8.

We've been named B Corp Best for the World in the Environment category four times — 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022 — placing KeepCup in the top 5% of B Corps globally in our employee size group.

The 2026 renewal is underway under the most rigorous B Corp standards in the certification's history.

Recycling initiatives cover plastics, glass, and stainless steel. Packaging is cardboard-first and reused in our supply chain before it's recycled.

Reducing the Footprint of the Business

Solar-powered offices since 2015 in AU and 2018 in UK. Rainwater harvesting across both hubs. Sea freight over air freight as standard. Local manufacturing and assembly to reduce transport miles.
