KeepCup products are designed for enjoyment and long use. All KeepCup products are dishwasher safe and meet the highest food safety standards. Our products are deliberately designed to be made of single materials parts for ease of cleaning, recycling and repair. Designed to be taken apart for thorough cleaning. When needed, replacement parts are designed to prolong the life and enjoyment of your KeepCup product.
Longplay
Disassembling and cleaning your LongPlay, including the removable sleeve, silicone band, and glass cup. Hand wash gently to avoid clouding the clear plastic, and always disassemble fully to prevent trapped moisture.
Commuter Lid
Caring for your Commuter Lid. The easy to use flip design and removable silicone gasket for simple cleaning. The lid is top-rack dishwasher safe, fully sealed, and leakproof.
Cork Band
Our cork band can be used in the dishwasher and microwave, with a little care and attention. Water makes cork swell, and the microwave dries it out and makes it brittle. Do not remove the band.
After a wash, dry the cup upside down so the cork shrinks back into place. In the microwave, heat to no more than 100°C.
Cold Cup Original Lid
Assemble and care for your Original base. The straw lid is top-rack dishwasher safe and spill-resistant when filled 10mm below the rim. Hand wash the base to keep it crystal clear.
Cold Cup Cork Lid
Caring for your Cold Cup Cork, including lid assembly, gasket placement, and tips to maintain the glass and cork band. Cold Cup Cork is top-rack dishwasher safe and spill-resistant when filled 10mm below the rim.
Stainless Steel
Tips to keep your stainless steel KeepCup looking fresh and performing its best. Hand wash to preserve the colour finish, and avoid microwaves and freezers to protect the materials. The steel is 18/8 90% recycled steel. It has been electropolished so there is no taint to taste.
Traveller Lid
Assembling and caring for your KeepCup Helix Lid. Aligning the base plug, and securing both plugs for a leakproof seal. It may feel stiff at first but will ease with heat and use.
We have upgraded this lid to the single part Commuter Flip Lid.
