Yes. The flat lid fits both the Go Bowl Luxe and Go Bowl Original. It stacks neatly in the fridge, travels well, and keeps things simple.

No. The insulation keeps the exterior comfortable to hold, whether your food is hot or cold. For hot meals, leave the air vent open to release steam and avoid pressure build-up.

Absolutely. The dome lid works across all Go Bowls.Perfect for layered meals, loaded salads, or anything that needs a little extra room. Shake it, mix it and make it yours.

Yes. There is no BPA, BPS, or phthalates including DEHP, lead and cadmium in any KeepCup products. All plastics used to make KeepCup components are all food grade, meet compliance with all EU, FDA, PROP 65 repeat use (to high temperature) plastics migration testing regulations. As a responsible business we randomly independently lab test our products annually to ratify supplier certifications.

The Go Bowls come one size, 18oz (550ml). Designed for a proper meal, but we won't judge the snacks. The clear domed lid makes it perfect for, acai creations or frozen yoghurt, and big enough for leftovers, or a loaded salad. Small enough to fit in a bag without asking for attention

Yes. Bowl and lids are dishwasher safe. Top rack is best. Oils from other items in the dishwasher can clause clouding of the clear tritan, so rinse before stacking! Hand washing will keep it looking better for longer.

Go Bowls are designed with a secure, press in lid with valve seal to keep food contained while you’re on the move. Raise the silicone stopper to release and secure the seal on the bowl. Great for commutes, lunches and everyday carry. For soups or liquids, we recommend a little extra care - it’s made for real life, not extreme conditions.

You cannot microwave Go Bowl Luxe. Insulated stainless steel (metal) products and microwaves don’t mix. If you need to reheat, transfer your food to a microwave-safe container first, then back into your bowl when you’re ready to eat.

If you love to microwave, we recommend Go Bowl Original on low temperature.

Yes, all KeepCup Go Bowls are freezer-friendly and great for meal prep and chilling food in advance. A couple of things to keep in mind, don't overfill before freezing as contents expand, and avoid long term freezer storage- it may affect insulated bowl vacuum seal and silicone valve.
