Can I buy replacement parts for my KeepCup?

Yes. Lids, bands, bases, plugs, seals and straws are all available individually, so you replace the part rather than the product.

How do I know which replacement part I need?

KeepCup sizing is displayed on the base of all our products. Use our navigation tool to identify the replacement part by KeepCup model and material.  The parts will display compatible products below, so you can check against the parts you have. Please take care when choosing size, some parts have XXS and XL options.

Why are replacement parts expensive?

Because a single part goes through almost the same supply chain as a whole cup — manufacturing, quality control, warehousing, picking, packing and shipping — and none of that scales down with the size of the item.

  • Inventory complexity: Holding many small parts across a global inventory costs more per unit than holding fewer finished products.
  • Small production runs: Parts are made in smaller batches to the same food-safe standard, which costs more per piece than a full production run.
