Can I microwave my KeepCup Thermal?

Whilst it has a smooth electropolished finish for great taste but NO, you cannot microwave the KeepCup Thermal. None of the KeepCup stainless steel product range can be used in the microwave. If you love to microwave, we recommend KeepCup Brew or our plastic range on low temperature.

Does the Cold Cup keep iced coffee cold all day?

Yes! The Cold Cup Thermal and Cold Cup Helix are our two insulated products for iced drinks. These iced coffee cups are designed to keep your iced coffee cooler for longer. The clever construction helps maintain the temperature, so your drink stays refreshing without watering down too fast.
