Stick with it, the leakproof Traveller lid can be stiff to turn at first but gets easier with heat and use. Once you get going, it's a dream to use and simple to take apart for a thorough clean.

Despite looking the part and available in a range of colours, this cup is neither leak proof nor keeps warm enough. I need a thermal cup for the side pocket of my day bag that will last at least until lunchtime - this does not stay warm enough.
The open/close mechanism is overly complicated and is not easy to clean properly....the twist motion seemingly doesn't close tight enough to stop leaks. There are good video tutorials showing how to fit after cleaning, but I believe it's a design flaw.
The cup itself is of great quality, just the lid closure let's it down significantly. I'd try your luck on the Commuter.
