This creamy, dreamy coffee treat is somewhere between whipped coffee and soft-serve ice cream, and it takes just minutes to make (plus a little freezer time). Here's how to whip it up at home.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 shot of cold coffee (espresso works best!)
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • ½ cup of heavy whipping cream
  • A cup with a secure lid 

How to Make It:

  1. Mix the coffee and sugar – Pour your cold coffee into the cup and stir in the sugar until it dissolves.
  2. Add the cream – Fill your cup halfway with heavy whipping cream.
  3. Shake like your life depends on it – Screw on the lid and shake vigorously. Keep going until you feel the mixture thicken—you’ll hear the sound change from liquid to a soft, whipped texture.
